About Us

Harvard Grown is an initiative led by the Town of Harvard's Agricultural Advisory Commission. It serves to highlight individual farms as well as the overall Harvard farm experience, underscoring the value of these farms and farm products for our Town, region and planet. 

Harvard Grown has its roots in Harvard's Climate Initiative, the Town's Climate Action and Resilience Plan developed in the summer of 2020. At its core, the plan acknowledges that Harvard needs to prepare for the consequences of climate change and to take action now to ensure our bountiful farms and tight-knit community will continue to thrive for generations to come.
